This foundation has been established to provide scholarships in the school districts Dr. Burnley served as Superintendent.
- Colorado Springs School District 11, Colorado
- Detroit Public Schools, Michigan
- Fairbanks North Star Borough School District, Alaska
- Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District, Alaska
We are currently in the process of fundraising and developing application criteria. We target a 2012 - 2013 submission period for all 4 districts.
